Lisa Saline has 22 years in the insurance industry as an operations manager then licensed insurance agent. She also owned an online marketing company since 2007 where she was as a consultant to small business owners. Lisa held several live educational seminars on various social media topics as well as co-hosted a social media podcast show. She taught clients how to attract, engage, educate and motivate prospects to become loyal customers through the use of social media. She was the President and owner of former South Metro chapter of MainStreetChamber™ in Minnesota and held a position as a National Affiliate Manager for an email software company.

A lifelong contrarian, he’s always loved helping other entrepreneurs breakthrough old paradigms and find undiscovered niches and unique opportunities through disruptive business models

David started his journey with EBS as customer care manager in 2018. Not long after, he developed a penchant for multimedia creation and was eventually named content manager, where he’s taken on the role of videographer at EBS live events and video creation for EBS marketing campaigns and social media. 

David is grateful for the opportunities this career has afforded him, such as being able to work remotely from other countries, and he’s proud to be a part of a team that has changed the lives of so many people.

Carol E Smith is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and the founding owner of Carol Smith CPA, which is a full-service accounting firm specializing in small business/ ecommerce accounting, bookkeeping and tax. Carol is a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona and can provide most accounting and tax services in any state of the US. 

Before setting up a private practice in Concho, Arizona in 2007, she worked for one of the largest international public accounting firms, KPMG, as well as several other fortune 500 companies. As an Amazon seller and client of E-Commerce Business School she understands the business challenges of other Amazon businesses! Carol has been connected with Ann Sieg for 20 years after joining her Renegade group.

Candida is double certified in Human Resources and worked as Human Resource Manager for 12 years before leaving the corporate world to be a business owner. She joined the EBS community in February of 2018. She quickly started going through the trainings and built her own online store within a few short months while also continuing to build her Amazon business. Given her background in HR it was natural for her to help others along the way and she became a Certified Coach in July of 2019.

Mei is a homeschooling stay-at-home mom of 3 young children who joined EBS in April 2018. Prior to joining EBS, she received her PhD in Biochemistry and worked in her field of expertise for a few years when a series of unfortunate events made her realize that she can’t put the wellbeing of her family in the hands of others. This led her to try various work from home ventures including crafting, blogging, selling lunch plates, etc. It wasn’t until she found EBS that she was able to build the foundation to automate and scale her business. She started with RA and OA and has since established systems and processes to expand her business into Wholesale and POD, utilizing a variety of tools, resources, and VAs to improve the efficiency of day-to-day business operations. This has allowed her business to continue growing while cutting down the time she spends in the business by at least 75%.

 Meet Karen, Senior Business Advisor at E-Comm Business School. Karen  has over 35 years of experience in professional sales and customer service. Karen was born and raised in Alaska, Karen spent 8 years traveling around the world working on cruise ships and traveling to over 76 countries. During that time, she spoke 7 languages. She grew up with an entrepreneur family and she has owned and operated 3 businesses at the same time,  2 of which were very successful Franchises. One for 15 years and one for 10 years. Karen understands mindset and what it takes to be successful in a business. She has studied under Grant Cardon, Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins. Karen also owns her own coaching business and is in the process of developing a Travel Agent Mentorship and an Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp Mentorship.

Sharon’s passion lies in creating win-win long term relationships by leading, serving and helping new members to map out their next best steps for success and lifestyle freedom. 

She considers it a blessing to see the amazing results of our community members and the power we have to strengthen family economies. Sharon lives in the Sacramento Valley with her husband, kiddos and eight fur babies. She loves reading, photography, anything outdoors and hosting parties. The two achievements or “gifts” Sharon is most proud of are her kiddos.

Meet Yanique, Senior Business Advisor at E-Comm Business School. Yanique has over ten years of customer service and eight years in professional sales experience. Over the last five years she has built and scaled her sales company into generating over a million dollars in revenue for Fortune 500 companies that she has represented. Yanique stepped into the coaching and consulting space two years ago and has earned her life coaching certification from the Jay Shetty Certification University to better serve her clients. She prides herself on being a life student always willing to learn and use that knowledge coupled with experience to help others step into the highest version of themselves. Her favorite mantra is: “It’s always darkest before the dawn.”

Ryan started his career in the customer service industry as a call center representative for one of the largest IT firms in the US. After years of working in the corporate industry, he then decided to finish his college education & get his Bachelor’s degree. Worked as a seafarer onboard international tanker vessels until 2020’s global COVID pandemic hit & repatriation arrangements got delayed for over a year on his last vessel assignment. Faced with homesickness & the realization that his daughter is growing up without her father beside her made him finally decide to stay in the Philippines for good to be with his family.

Fast forward today, Ryan is truly happy to be a part of the EBS family & in its mission to help ordinary people realize their dreams of becoming successful entrepreneurs in the ever growing e-commerce industry.
